THE PAY — NO TRICKS, NO ASTERISKS

Every hour you're clocked in is a paid hour. Not "billable time." Not "on-site time." Every hour. That's not the industry standard — but it should be.

• Driver in Training: $18 base + up to $4.25 performance bonus + tips. Most land around $30/hr after their first month.
• Lead Mover / Driver: $19 base + up to $4.25 performance bonus + tips. Top earners hit $35/hr.
• Plus: overtime rates and a $5/hr on-call bonus on top of all of that.

• W2 Employment (Not 1099): Full workers' comp, overtime protections, and Buddy Moving covers half your employment taxes.

WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

You'll meet your crew, load up, and drive to the job. Some days it's a studio apartment you can knock out in 90 minutes. Other days it's a four-bedroom house with a heavy oak dresser and a long flight of stairs. You'll sweat, problem-solve with your team, and help someone through one of the most stressful days of their year.

This is real, physical work. If you'd rather be on your feet than at a desk — this fits.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Age 21+: Required for our insurance to be a driver.
• Driving record: At least 2 years of personal driving experience with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Physical ability: Comfortable lifting 100+ lbs and staying on your feet through an 8+ hour day. (Heavy lifts up to 125 lbs overhead, 200 lbs independently, and 500 lbs with your crew.)
• Reliable transportation: Car, motorcycle, or scooter to get to and from work — not a bike or bus pass.
• Availability: At least 3 days a week. Thursday–Sunday availability is gold — those are our busiest days and your biggest tip days.
• Clean background: Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.
• The right attitude: Genuine interest in helping people, willingness to learn, and a good teammate.

Prior moving experience is a plus — but it's not required. We train.
